Your privacy is important to us and all information collected is only available to EyebrowExperts staff.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation or change to an appointment, we ask that you provide us with a least 24 hours notice.
A confirmation message will be sent to your mobile phone (if provided) 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can reply “YES” to confirm or “NO” to cancel, or write a short message IF NEEDED. If you do not respond to this initial message, you will be contacted by phone at least 4 hours prior to your appointment. If you HAVE CONFIRMED but fail to keep your appointment, you will be charged 50% your scheduled treatment you were booked in for. All communication including bookings are kept on file.
Etiquette
We appreciate your cooperation to keep our environment free from mobile.
- Please keep all valuables with you during your treatment.
- To enjoy your experience at EyebrowExperts to the fullest, we ask you to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Payment
We accept Cash, Bankcard, MasterCard Visa and Eftpos.
$2 fee applies with each transaction (Minimal amount is $35)

Gift Vouchers
EyebrowExperts offers Gift Vouchers that are valid for 6 months.
When scheduling your appointment for Gift Certificate redemption, please inform the therapist of the voucher number and expiry date, and bring it with you on the day of your treatment.
Gift vouchers are not transferable to any other person.
Gift vouchers expire three months from date of purchase.
Expired Gift Vouchers will not be honored.
Failure to keep an appointment will result in the gift voucher becoming void.
Gift vouchers will not be exchanged for cash. · No refunds given.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for skin care products.
